From Brokenness to Purpose

I didn’t always see my potential. Growing up in a struggling family outside Tacoma, Washington, my childhood was marked by loneliness, bullying, and a deep sense of invisibility. One night, overwhelmed by despair, I made a life-altering decision. As I knelt on the floor, ready to end the pain, a voice interrupted me with a simple, powerful question:
“Are you sure what you’re about to do is right with God?”

That moment stopped me in my tracks. I didn’t know who God was, but that question sparked a journey—one that led me to find hope, faith, and a deeper understanding of purpose. It taught me that even in our darkest moments, transformation is possible.
 

A Journey of Leadership and Growth

That life-changing moment planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong passion: helping others overcome their own struggles to find clarity and purpose.

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to developing leaders and building successful teams. I’ve led 135+ people across diverse departments—from Accounting and Sales to IT and Field Operations—helping them grow both personally and professionally. My work has spanned every aspect of business management, requiring high-level people development and strategic leadership.

One of my proudest achievements was helping a business grow from $1 million to over $30 million. But behind every number, there’s a story—a person who discovered their potential, overcame their fears, and stepped into leadership. Those stories are what drive me.
 

A Global Perspective

My journey has taken me beyond the boardroom. My family and I spent years living and serving in Thailand, working with tribal communities, teaching children in orphanages, and helping build a native Thai church. These experiences deepened my belief in the power of connection and the courage it takes to embrace new beginnings.
